. Experience in L4 support
. Collaborate with Support Engineers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Software Developers to analyse, troubleshoot production environments globally
. Apply fixes based on existing documentation
. Improve product quality by reporting new issues and by designing more reliable system with Engineering teams
. Strong understanding of software testing principles and practices
. Experience in Java or any programming language
. Hands on knowledge on Linux
. Good  understanding of Dockers & Kubernetes
. Knowledge of build and deployment tools
. Fluent English communication skills
