Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled  RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions integrated with Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both RPA principles and  integration capabilities, enabling them to automate complex business processes and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• RPA Development and Implementation:
• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using the  RPA Platform
• Analyze automation use cases and create detailed solution definition documents (SDDs)
• Develop and maintain automation workflows, bots, and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline operations
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users
• Document development processes, code, and configurations
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for RPA and MuleSoft development
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA and  technologies and trends
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance automation efficiency and effectiveness
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA and  integrations

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).   
• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in RPA development preferably using  RPA or other tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
• Experience with API management and security
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in RPA development and implementation
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP) and data formats (JSON, XML)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
