We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Core Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture within a SaaS environment. This role requires deep knowledge of .NET Core, architecture design principles, and a strong grasp of best practices to build scalable, secure, and efficient systems. The ideal candidate should demonstrate technical expertise and excellent leadership qualities, leading and mentoring development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Design: Develop and lead the architecture design for scalable and secure microservices-based solutions, ensuring compliance with design principles and standards.
• Technical Leadership: Guide technical teams, set best practices, and oversee project lifecycle from inception to delivery.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into robust architectural solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Implement best practices, such as design patterns, code reviews, and automated testing to maintain code quality and ensure smooth deployment.
• Performance Optimization: Identify potential performance bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to enhance the overall system.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:
• Strong experience with .NET Core and microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of architecture design principles (e.g., SOLID, DDD).
• Knowledge of SaaS best practices and strategies.
• Proficiency in cloud platform GCP.
• Leadership:
• Proven track record of team leadership and mentoring.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders.
• Experience in leading architectural discussions, design sessions, and providing technical guidance.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and optimize solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master in Engineering.
• Experience in building applications within a highly regulated or compliant environment.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and other DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks React is a plus.
• Knowledge of MVC, Razor, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Typescript, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Rabbitmq is a plus
