All this has led him to his latest venture ACHNET Inc.

Furthermore, access to real mentors and life coaches will be available to assist in pinpointing career and life goals. ACHNET™ also provides enterprises and corporate management, access to human capital and tools that support employment advancement and enrichment. Prior to ACHNET™, Manoj served as COO of Tescra. Tescra's diverse workforce inspired Manoj to manage inclusively.

The notion of inclusion served him well in orchestrating Tescra's consulting services, technology solutions, building and implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP), and support services for clients such as United Airlines, Virgin mobile, TNT Logistics, T-Mobile, Adidas, and Wynn Resorts. Under Manoj's leadership, Tescra was recognized in Inc. magazine's 2008 issue, as one of the 500 fastest growing private companies worldwide.

In 1986, Manoj earned a Master's in Mathematics from Delhi University. To fulfil his personal goal of creative expression he also sought a degree from NYU's Film School. He has since created films that speak to his spiritual commitment, Yoga, Mt. Everest travels, and his family.

Nirmal is an experienced operating executive and Co-Founder of ACHNET™. ACHNET™ provides individuals with personal branding tools to proactively develop, manage, and market themselves. He has devised the science behind ACHNET™'s brand value calculations and ratings which are designed to add credibility to personal branding. His critical input is vital to the platform's development. He's often the standard bearer in keeping his team focused on its mission. Nirmal draws on his innate technical know-how, training sensibilities, and leadership experience as inspiration for guiding his high-tech team of engineers on the application architecture, design and infrastructure.

During his 16 year career, Nirmal in a relatively quick arc of success went on to entrepreneurial management and executive officer positions in IT in several notable companies in India—and one startup in the US. That startup was Tescra Inc., founded by Manoj Gupta in 2002. Nirmal serves as the Managing Director and Vice President of Global Delivery with Tescra which delivers professional services, consulting, IT staffing, and IT outsourcing in the implementation of EAI, and Business Process Management solutions. In 2008, Tescra was identified by Inc. magazine as one of the 500 fastest growing private companies worldwide. It also garnered the distinction of being one of the top 100 minority-owned businesses in the U.S. Tescra delivers services in the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Africa and India with multi-million dollar engagements.

He also has prior experience in the B2B e-commerce space and IT training in senior management positions.

New projects excite him and he lives by the motto "A man must do what he can until his destiny is revealed to him". Anything that is fresh and new, no matter how small, brings out his passion for solving problems and building solutions.

In 1996, Nirmal earned a B.S. in Chemistry, from A.M. Jain College in Chennai, India.
