• Engage with end-users to understand the business requirements,  elicit and document its information needs with respect to internal applications and reporting.
• Gather requirements for applications, reports and dashboards to cater to the information needs across the spectrum of the business.
• Should be creative, with ability to accurately and objectively comprehend a business problem and can easily develop prototype solution.
- Ability to lead and drive Scrum and manage Sprint planning, backlog prioritization etc
.• Advanced level skill to create innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Well versed with Agile/ Scrum practices and comfortable working in fast paced environment.
• Hands on experience with data analysis leveraging SQL, Excel, Power BI ,   etc. and performing testing of BI solutions (data +functional).
• Excellent communication, documentation and data story telling skills.
- Hands on experience of leveraging Workfront as a PM alongwith PM certification is desirable.
