Zestminds undertook a project for an advertising startup, developing and hosting their website from scratch. The project involved implementing front end and backend design, as well as API integrations with various external systems. The client appreciated Zestminds' expertise and open communication. The project was delivered in several sprints, with daily updates on progress. The team consisted of a full-time developer, supported by a UI/UX designer and a senior developer when needed. The client was pleased with the transparency and the ability to fine-tune the project along the way. In another project, Zestminds was hired by Herdum Systems Pvt Ltd, a security services startup, to develop a mobile application and portal. The client had previously worked with a different company but switched to Zestminds due to dissatisfaction with the former's competence and delivery capability. Zestminds successfully developed a mobile application on Android and iOS, and a portal using Laravel backend. The product included a customer-facing module, wearable and other device integration, and partner modules. The team composition grew over time, starting with one Android and one backend developer, one QA and one Project Manager, and eventually expanding to include additional developers. Zestminds was also hired by a consulting technology company to build a custom application for a motor protection application.
