Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Process: Design and manage the end-to-end onboarding experience, coordinating with HR, IT, and other departments.
  • Training & Orientation: Facilitate orientation, introduce company policies, and train new hires on their roles.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a welcoming environment and organize team-building activities to help new hires integrate.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and compliant with company policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback to improve the onboarding process and stay updated on industry best practices.
