There are numerous skills and attributes that set women apart, and they are now considered just as effective and efficient as men in the corporate world. This was not the case years ago, as there are numerous challenges that women have faced in the workforce.

But with perseverance and the ability to overcome any challenges, women are actually considered better leaders as they come across as emotional intelligent and have a stronger inclination towards employees' goals.
